2016 BMW S 1000 XR motorcycle
DESCRIPTION
The 2016 BMW S 1000 XR model comes equipped with
a straight-four-cylinder engine for an output of 118 kW
(160 hp) at 11,000 rpm while maximum torque is 112 Nm
(83 lb-ft) at 9,250 rpm. It has been given the Rain and Road riding
modes as standard equipment as well as the Automatic Stability Control (ASC). A
new aluminium-alloy perimeter frame has been added to the 2016 BMW S 1000 XR
while the front suspension controlled by an adjustable upside-down fork.
It has
been given an increase in spring travel, a higher ground clearance
and a raised seating position. Anti Lock Braking System is standard on the 2016
BMW S 1000 XR model while there are more optional items to increase safety like
the Pro Riding Modes, Dynamic Traction Control, Dynamic ESA (Electronic Suspension
Adjustment) just to name a few. BMW updated the colors and new paint
finishes including the Light white and Racing red and Light
